Hallelujah!!

Paityn's 1st ice cream cone alone!
Just fun bath time!
Brett and that dog! Today, he is that dog after chewing the wall!!
4 teeth in 3 weeks. The tooth fairy got a lot poorer this summer.
We had a great summer, I'm so sad that school starts soon. Still waiting on the house to sell. Nothing new on moving yet!

Softball

The season is over. Wade didn't get to see even one game! Lindsey did great this year. She's got her batting down! She started bunting this year, so she was pretty excited. She has to learn to catch better. After being smacked in the nose, and knocked silly, she is a little hesitant as to be expected. Hopefully the fear will go away, so she can get back to her game. It is so fun to watch. They were #1 this year. They won 10 games in a row. When the coach gave her her trophy he said. She is the fastest little thing I ever seen. She really is quick! It was so fun, sad and glad it's over.
Brett took the season off and this is what he has done!
When we started softball last season, we went to tryouts and were about laughed off the field. Sports are serious here, these parents don't mess around. We walked up and Linds. was in tennis shoes and shorts. We looked around and everyone had these big rolling bat bags, Personalized air brushed batting helmets, their own bats, their gloves and uniforms from previous year with shin guards and cleats. I about died. This year we were prepared! Although we didn't get her helmet airbrushed! The parents all wear team t shirts with "I'm # -- Mom. It is crazy. Fun, but crazy. When Wade went back to Richfield he ran past the softball field and they were sharing 2 helmets and a bat.It will be fun. Hopefully we will be there in time to start fall season.

End of SCHOOL!!

Brett is now officially a Second Grader. He couldn't be happier. He won an award for the most improved Reader this year, and the other one is his grad. certificate.

Lindsey got a medal for being on the Dean's List all 4 quarters this year.
This is the "WE LOVE YOU" dinner celebration. Everytime one of us achieves something great we have a special dinner with our sign. The kids for school things, Wade for his Richfield job. Whatever needs special attention. I can't believe this year is over!! Now what? Swimming, patience you know, the norm. We are just waiting for our house to sell so we can join Wade in Richfield. I might just drive out with the kids in June for a couple of weeks. We'll see. After seeing everyones Anniversary pictures it made me kind of sad. June 10th will be the second anniversary we will spend apart. I guess after 12 years that's what you get. DUD! We're going to Hawaii when all this mess is over!! (Hopefully) Congrats Daniels girls on all your graduations! I am so impressed and so blessed to be part of such a smart family!!

It's OFFICIAL

IT'S OFFICIAL!!! WE ARE MOVING TO RICHFIELD. Wade leaves on Wednesday to start work on Monday the16th. I can't believe it. I'm not sure what to think!! We are excited though to get close to home! We are both just a little nervous about the small town thing. I really can't even picture it right now. It will be hard to have him gone, but we will do our best. 2 months isn't that long right? Sheesh!! The kids are excited too, they will be close to cousins. Nat just came for a 5 day trip last week and it was awesome!! We had such a good time, and they fished, and fished and fished. She had a big momma bass jump out of the water and take her lure and she was done for. They couldn't stop fishing after that. They just had to get her, but she is the same one Wade saw a while ago and he has tried to no avail to nab her. The weather was perfect luckily it dropped and today it is 25 degrees this morning! Whew!

Poses

These are the pictures Wade and I took today for the kids yearly picture. Actually the last ones like these was 4 years ago. Sheesh!

Bathtime

I Told Brett to take a bath today and this is what I found. He was in maybe 4 inches of water, and he had his mask and diving sticks in the tub. I guess it's time for summer and the pool.

Georgia

Somehow my arrangement didn't turn out the way I planned. Lindsey and Paityn are 2 peas in a pod. I don't know what I would do without that girl. She is heaven sent. She helps me so much with Paityn.
We have really loved living in Georgia. We have had some amazing experiences and even more blessings since moving. These trees up above, I call Ghost trees. They are so beautiful in the Spring and then in the summer they are bright green. They look like upside down acorns to me.
These other 2 of the birds were taken in our backyard. I thought I heard Wade down there talking like he was a wildlife photographer, British accent and all.
"What amazing spectacles of wildlife. These fowls are so intriguing, they act as if I am not even here.......".
We sat out on the back patio last night with our telescopeand watched the moon. We watched the fireflies, and listened to the frogs and the beaver slap his tail and move trees around. What an awesome thing we have here. Wade will truly miss having a lake in our own backyard. I will miss all the fun we have and the sound of the frogs. I'm talking like we are leaving it all, but I just don't want to take for granted what we have!
