Lindsey just baked this Pineapple Upside Down Cake. She did such an awesome job!! It was her idea, and she did it all herself. She loves to bake, bake, bake, but this is the best thing she has done yet! I had to take a picture of it. Good job Linds. This girl has got skills if I do say so myself.

I am so impressed! It is because she has such a good Mom to teach her.
You need to teach me some of those skills, Lindsey! Actually, we'll just have you bake us some stuff, then I don't have to learn and I'm sure it will taste better! Good job!
