Wades family had some property up in Bear Lake so, we went to visit and go to the Lake.

The beautiful lake behind us. It really is that turquoise up close, and so clear you can see the bottom in the shallows.

We stopped at the Logan temple on the way up. So beautiful!

Holy Flower! Not really holy, but it could be because it was in front of the temple.

1st day of school, and kids pics

We start school here a little early. Brett is in year round. We found out he was the day before he was supposed to start. Ya, not. Not excited to have our summer cut short, but he was in for 2 weeks and then out for 3, so I guess I can't complain.

The No trespassing sign was cropped out of course.!!

We had the best 4th, we've had in a long time.All of our family was there on both sides. Luckily Rick brought his blow up slide!! The kids played for hours

I think she had a good time. I didn't get video, I'm so mad. By the time I figured it out, they were half way down the street.

The kids got so much candy it was crazy. They filled their bags almost half way full!

Everyone, just waiting

We came home from Lagoon, and turned around the very next week to help Nana/Papa move and Rick/Em move. Lot's a work but it is so good to have Mom and Dad on our side of the country again! We went home, and packed ourselves up. We decided all in one week to find a house, got approved, packed up and moved. We decided on Monday and were packed and moved into our new house in Herriman by Friday night. It was a very physical 2 weeks!! Thanx to my parents and Rick and Em helping us get here. We went back the next day to Richfield for the 4th of July with Wade's family, and mine, then home on Tuesday. Wednesday, I unpacked, packed suitcases and we left for Montana on Thursday. Talk about a whirlwind!!!

Start of Summer/ Lagoon

The water was a little cold.

We went to the Water Park afterwards, and then the Rattlesnake Rapids, and got soaked! Awesome way to start off the summer!

Luckily we went to the water park. Brett got his cast off, and his arm was NASTY!! So, we didn't have to work on getting all that dead yucky skin off, the water did it for us. EW!! Sorry for those people who have to swim in that water. You never know what's in the Lazy River. hehehe

Memorial Day Weekend

We hit Boondocks on Monday with cousins. We were there for 8 hours, then I drove home! Talk about exhausted. Luckily Lindsey rode up front to keep me awake!! Ya right, she made it about 5 minutes, then knocked out!!

A MADD game of Four square was going on. The neighbor kids even came over to join in.

Sorry kids. Wade and Uncle McKay have skills! Maybe that's because they changed the rules everytime they were in the leader box.

Oh my goodness, me again. Awesome lunch at Toucanos.

BEES GAME

So awesome!! We had a guy in front of us that when the other team was warming up below us (We were at 3rd base) He would go Bewoop everytime the pitcher pitched it, and then Bewoop every time he threw it back. Doesn't make sense telling it, but it sounded just like a cartoon. So funny. By the end of the night the whole crowd was doing it!!

Brett was so ready for a foul ball.

Cheese!! Brett got a ball by the end of the night. He stood right by the other team and asked them everytime they came out to practice. Some guy yelled, "give it to the poor kid, he's got a broken arm" so they did. He worked it!! Then we walked away with about 15 loaves of Grandma Sycamores bread that they gave away at the end of the game.
